FAREWELL


ARABINFOCUS's director, Othman Ostos, has been stricken with an incurable, neurovegetative disease: Parkinson's disease.

There is no cure for this disease. Brain neurons gradually die; the brain collapses, and death ensues.


Othman ino longer mobile and has confined himself to his home, awaiting the end.


Parkinson's disease is terrifying. Brain neurons gradually die, and there comes a time when death inevitably comes.


We cannot continue without Othman. We did not expect such a sad end. We were excited about ARABINFOCUS. Or we can continue without Othman. We ask that prayers be said to Allah to give him strength until death.

                ONE HUNDRED KILLED IN THE ATTACK ON A SCHOOL IN GAZA Genocide and war crimes continue in Gaza, although Prime Minister Netanyahu says he is willing to resume peace negotiations. In the attack on a school this Friday, 100 Palestinians died, some of whom are women and children. Israel justified the missile attack, stating that the school served as a refuge for Hamas militants, but has not presented the slightest evidence to justify the version of the Jewish armed forces.
