GAZA: HOSTAGES NO, GENOCIDE YES
If Israel were concerned about the release of the hostages still held captive, it would have extended the humanitarian ceasefire negotiated with Qatar and Egypt. But the Jewish state wanted to continue the bombings, continue the genocide and cared little if the hostages were handed over to the Red Cross.
This is the reality. Israel could perfectly maintain the humanitarian pause until the release of the hostages. Qatar, Jordan, the United States, Egypt and other countries requested it. But what Netanyahu wanted was to continue bombing northern Gaza and begin bombing the south until the entire enclave becomes a desert of ruins.
It seems incredible that the American president, Joe Biden, does not understand, or does not want to understand, the intentions of the Zionist state. And it is even less understandable that Antony Blinken also has his eyes closed and does not want to see the reality of this war: Israel only has one objective: Eliminate Hamas; kill all its members; turn Gaza into ruins and occupy it or place an administration under its command.
This is what totalitarian states that call themselves democrats always do. This is what Putin does in Ukraine; This is what Netanyahu and his ultra-radical government are doing in Gaza. The humanitarian pause should have been prolonged if the Jewish leaders had any humanity, but as you see, they don't.
The president of the Spanish government, Pedro Sánchez, tells a truth that bothers Netanyahu. Israel has the right to defend itself, but not to commit so many war crimes, so many deaths of children. The blood of the 6,000 children killed in the bombings, according to data from the Gaza government, has no importance for the Zionist prime minister.
We say again that Hamas committed a terrorist act on October 7. It's true. But Israel continues to commit state terrorism; His totally disproportionate response discredits him before international opinion. The United Nations has condemned, albeit discreetly, Netanyahu's genocidal action. Israel does not want this war to end until one Palestinian fighter is left alive. And how many children still have to die?
The Arabs know the nature of Israel well since the existence of their independent state was recognized in 1948. From that date on, the different Jewish governments maintained a policy of expulsion of Palestinians; of settlement extension; of detention and imprisonment of the inhabitants of the West Bank; of appropriation of their lands.
Activist Ahed Tamami was only 8 years old when she stood up to a group of Israeli soldiers who threatened her. Is it surprising that the civilian population in the West Bank opposes the settlers who occupy their lands? Other Tamimis will emerge, and Hamas will be reborn from its ashes if Israel achieves its objectives.
