In a few days the World Cup of Nations will begin, a historic event in that it will be the first time it is held in an Arab country.

Qatar has made every effort to ensure that this competition is held in the best possible situation, to the satisfaction of the thousands of fans who will flock to Doha and the other places where air-conditioned stadiums have been built.

However, criticism continues in Western countries without taking into account that the social norms that govern life in Qatar must be respected. Arab countries uphold their own morals and visitors from European and other countries must respect those rules.

It is intended that Qatar allows degenerative attitudes on a sexual or other level, which are not allowed in the Arab world.

Those who come to attend this Cup must respect the country that has hosted it and not try to impose their own moral rules. Respect for Qatar and its citizens is a requirement in these circumstances.

That people have fun is normal, but that this happens in a respectful way is necessary-
