- Israel launched to-day air strikes north of Gaza
- Israel has launched to-day air strikes north of Gaza City after rockets were fired from the besieged Palestinian enclave following an Israeli raid on the West Bank city of Nablus that killed 11 Palestinians.
The Palestinian foreign ministry has said the international reaction to the Nablus raid reflects a double standard, the Palestinian news agency WAFA has reported.
“The international reactions were shy and weak, almost equating between the victim and the executioner,” the ministry said in a statement, adding that Israel’s actions were “at the level of war crimes and crimes against humanity.”
A general strike is being held in the occupied Palestinian territories in protest against the Israeli raid in Nablus that killed 11 Palestinians and injured more than 100, local news agency WAFA has reported.
