NEW TRAFFIC DRAMA IN ALGERIA
At least 34 people lost their lives in a traffic accident that occurred in Algeria, in the Saharan region of Tamanrasset, on Wednesday morning.
A passenger bus from the town of Adrad collided with another vehicle that apparently was driving on the left side.
This last vehicle was carrying a large quantity of fuel which, with the crash, caught fire and engulfed the bus in flames. Most of the dead were burned.
Traffic in Algeria is characterized by a large number of accidents.
