                       Saudi Arabia rejects any measure that infringes upon its leadership, sovereignty, and the independence of its judicial system, as its policy is based on respecting the sovereignty of states and their judiciaries.

                        Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has rejected malicious attempts to politicize the crime of killing citizen Jamal Khashoggi. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia affirmed that the false report provided to USA Congress contained incorrect conclusions that are not based on any evidence or firm facts.

                       Saudi Arabia reiterated that the killing of Khashoggi was a heinous crime that constituted a flagrant violation of Saudi Arabia's laws and was committed by a group that violated all laws and regulations at the agencies for which they were working.

                        Saudi Arabia has taken all necessary judicial measures against perpetrators and brought them to justice, and they were convicted and sentenced by the courts in the Kingdom, as these sentences were welcomed by the family of Khashoggi.

                        Saudi Arabia and the United States have a strong and historical partnership, as the two countries' institutions are working to strengthen this partnership in various fields. They are also working to intensify coordination and cooperation to achieve security and stability in the region and the world.
