SWEDISH EMBASSY FIRE: RESPONSE TO ATTACK AGAINST THE QURAN

The Swedish embassy in Baghdad was attacked and set on fire this Thursday morning by a group of demonstrators who were protesting the aggressive act against the holy book of El Quran, which occurred in Stockholm on June 29, in front of a mosque.

The extremists who act with impunity against Islam in Sweden have announced that they will burn another copy of the holiest book of those who pray to Allah and follow the teachings of his prophet Mohammed, may God assist him in Paradise.

The demonstration held in Baghdad responds to an appeal by the Shiite imam Moqtada al-Sadr.

If violence is always undesirable, one must understand the anger and feelings of injustice of Muslims when such sacrilegious acts such as the burning of the Quran occur.

                ONE HUNDRED KILLED IN THE ATTACK ON A SCHOOL IN GAZA Genocide and war crimes continue in Gaza, although Prime Minister Netanyahu says he is willing to resume peace negotiations. In the attack on a school this Friday, 100 Palestinians died, some of whom are women and children.
