JOURNALISTS CONTINUE DYING IN GAZA

International press correspondents in Gaza continue to die due to attacks by Israeli forces. A missile launched this Sunday by a plane from those forces hit a car in which three journalists were traveling, leaving them destroyed. One of them is a son of Al Jazeera's bureau chief in the enclave, Yael Al-Dahdouh.

Yael's case is the most dramatic of all. In this attack he lost his son, the journalist Hamza Al-Dahdouh, but before that his wife, another son and a grandson had died in another bombing on a refugee camp. A drama; the destruction of an entire Palestinian family for which the only person responsible is the Prime Minister, Netanyahu and his racist government.

“Hamza was not just part of me. He was the whole of me. He was the soul of my soul. These are tears of sadness, of loss. These are tears of humanity, ”his father said at his funeral.

Seventy-three Palestinians were killed and 99 wounded in attacks by Israel on Gaza over the past 24 hours, the Health Ministry says.

Eight people were killed in an Israeli air strike near Deir el-Balah in central Gaza.
