HAMAS CAN BE DEFEATED BUT NOT LIMINATED
Despite the warnings made by President Joe Biden to Prime Minister Netanyahu not to invade Rafah, the Israeli armed forces have already concentrated the necessary equipment (tanks, artillery, missile drones and additional equipment) to occupy this border town with Egypt.
This seems to indicate that Netanyahu will not respect Biden's warnings and will continue with his plan to eliminate Hamas, without taking into account the high cost in civilian casualties. The United States would be ridiculed by its Israeli protégé, something that would mark the future relations between these two allied leaders.
However, even if Israel turns Rafah into another field of ruins, Hamas may suffer defeats, but it will not be eliminated or destroyed. This is the conviction in the West: Netanyahu will not achieve his objectives.
Considered in the West a terrorist group; the genocide; the destruction and massacres that Israel continues to carry out in Gaza have given rise to a feeling of support for Hamas and its struggle for the liberation of the lands occupied by the Jewish state among the martyred Palestinian population.
What you have achieved, Netanyahu, is that hatred spreads in Gaza and the West Bank, towards an occupying state, whose forces march on the river of blood that they have created with their endless bombings. Netanyahu is also the first culprit that the hostages held by Hamas have not yet been released. A ceasefire agreement would have been enough for the hostages to be in their homes. Instead, they are also dying under the bombs and missiles of “Tsahal”.
Unfortunately, President Biden also maintains an erratic policy on war. He recently vetoed the sending of a batch of high-powered bombs to Israel, fearing that if they were dropped on Rafah the massacre of the refugees residing in that area would have been of incalculable proportions.
But this week, Biden asked Congress to accept the sending of a new batch of military aid to Israel of about $1 billion. That lot includes F-35 aircraft; ammunition of various types for the “Merkava” armored tanks and 2000 and 500 pound bombs, as well as ammunition for mortars. The US rearms Israel without pause and American bombs can destroy Rafah, although Biden asks Netanyahu not to invade it.
The United States hypocritically claims that these weapons are sent to Israel to defend itself, but they seem to ignore that Israel uses them in Gaza, and that the Jewish state remains the main military power in the Middle East.
“We are continuing to send military assistance, and we will ensure that Israel receives the full amount provided in the supplemental. We have paused a shipment of 2,000-pound bombs because we do not believe they should be dropped in densely populated cities. “We are talking to the Israeli government about this,” national security adviser Jake Sullivan said on Monday
The one who tells great truths is the president, Recip Erdogan, who has said: “Unless it's stopped... this rogue and terrorist state will set its sights on Anatolia sooner or later,” he said, referring to the large Turkish peninsula also called Asia Minor that comprises more than half of Turkiye's territory.
“We will continue to stand by Hamas, which fights for the independence of its own land and which defends Anatolia,” added Erdogan.
