KAMALA HARRIS, AN UNCERTAIN SURPRISE

There are 100 days left until the presidential elections in the United States. Donald Trump, for the Republicans, and Kamala Harris, for the Democrats, face each other on the premise that there has never been a woman at the head of the White House. If this happens, it will be a big surprise, because Trump seems to be the one in the best position.

Harris has changed her speech; she has become less pro-Palestine in order to get closer to Israel; she demonstrated this during the interview with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In reality, in the United States, a position of strong criticism of the Hebrew state has no way out. Washington is Israel's sponsor and will remain so.

That said, Trump's re-election is the worst misfortune that could happen, because the billionaire is in the hands of Israel. He demonstrated this when he was elected in 2016. “America First” he said to attract his compatriots. Then one could say “After America, Israel.”

Harris was born in Oakland, California, so she has no problem running because she is American by birth. The opposite is not allowed. Her mother, Shyamala Gopalan, is Hindu. The US is a welcoming land for millions of Asians.

We have said that we do not believe that Harris will be elected, not because of a problem of machismo, but because American society has always preferred men. But if the current vice president wins the elections, ARABINFOCUS will make its “Mea Culpa” since defeating Trump is not what Americans expect.

The reelection of the American magnate will drag along several problems, starting from the fact that he does not have a great knowledge of international politics. For example; he is not a great supporter of NATO and has already threatened to withdraw it. He has accused the other members of not financially supporting the organization, pointing out that the US cannot be the only ones who pay their dues on time. In reality, he considers Russia to be a threat to the European members of NATO, but not to the American ones. It is an illogical position that does not correspond to reality.

In recent days, the most significant incident has been an attack on Israeli positions on the Golan Heights, in which 11 children were killed, according to Tel Aviv. Israel accuses Hezbollah, but this political party has denied it. Israel's response could extend the war to Lebanese territory, so that the war will no longer affect only Gaza. In the last 24 hours, in Gaza, the attacks of the "Tsahal" have killed 66 Palestinian civilians, according to the Palestinian count.

As for the peace negotiations, they still do not reach an agreement that would allow the release of the hostages. Gaza and the Lebanese border continue to hear the drums of war.
