ISRAEL: TERROR AND THE STATE

When a country violates the borders of another and commits the murder of an “enemy” political leader on its territory, it is committing a crime, assimilated to state terrorism.

Israel assassinated Ismael Haniyeh of Hamas in Tehran; in Beirut he assassinated Fuad Fuad, military chief of the Hzbollah; and in Gaza to Mohamed Deif, of Hamas, although this last murder has yet to be officially confirmed.

The attacked country has the absolute right to respond to attacks with attacks of the same proportion. The United Nations, in its programmatic letter, admits this. Therefore, Iran and Hezbollah cannot be accused of attacking Israel, since the Jewish state was the first to open hostilities. Iran has stated that it does not seek an escalation of war with the Zionists "but must punish Israel."

In the West there seems to be the idea that Israel can attack another country, but should not be attacked in retaliation. This is absolutely false. Israel, at this time, can be attacked by the Islamic Republic for its right of defense. Thats the reality.

The biggest problem is that with the murders committed by Israel, it has ruined the negotiations on a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of the hostages. But Prime Minister Netanyahu doesn't care about this. Netanyahu has chosen war and not peace. If the hostages die in captivity, he cares little. He says the opposite, but he has not moved a single finger to have the hostages return to his home.

As for the ceasefire in Gaza, Netanyahu is also not interested. His desire is to continue the war to exterminate the Hamas movement. All that is evident. If Iran attacks Israel in retaliation, those who condemn Tehran will forget that it has the legitimate right to respond to the aggression suffered. Let us not distort the legal and international reality.

Because they have chosen war, Netanyahu and Gael Gallant continue to destroy Gaza and kill Palestinian civilians every day. Soon there will be 40,000 Palestinians who have lost their lives in Gaza; It is an impressive figure. And who is the aggressor? The aggressor is called Israel and the nested States seem to unfortunately ignore it.

When Tehran punishes Israel, let no one come and accuse the Islamic regime because it only responded to the Zionist aggression, which is the real culprit of the tension that exists in the region.
