
QATAR AND FRANCE TOGETHER FOR PEACE IN GAZA HH The emir of Qatar, Cheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, will arrive this afternoon in Paris on a state visit, to examine with the French president, Emanuel Macron, the ways that can lead to a ceasefire in Qatar that will serve to prevent Israel's announced ground offensive against Rafah, where 1.3 million Palestinians have found refuge.
